• Project Timelines: Estimated completion dates provided during the advisory phase are contingent upon local regulatory approvals and supply chain stability.
• Force Majeure: Jojabs Group holds no liability for construction delays caused by natural disasters, geopolitical instability, or global pandemics.

When utilizing our global supply chain and commodity trading advisory services, clients must acknowledge the volatile nature of international markets.

• Price quotations are valid only for 48 hours from the time of issuance unless specifically contracted otherwise.
• Clients are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and localized tariffs in the destination country.
• Compliance with international trade laws, including embargoes and sanctions, is strictly enforced. We do not facilitate trades in restricted territories.

In no event shall Jojabs Group, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our advisory services, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise.

Jojabs Group shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or execution of advised projects.
